ECUE Nouveaux outils pour les diagnostics de compétitivité

La compétitivité des pays et des territoires est centrale dans le débat public.

Ce cours cherche à retracer les notions économiques qui se cachent derrière ce terme, ainsi que l'évolution de cette conception, et son passage d'un niveau international à un niveau territorial plus fin.

Nous détaillerons les différents indicateurs de compétitivité qui existent, en insistant sur leurs différences conceptuelles et d'implémentation.

Enfin, les étudiants devront réaliser un diagnostic de compétitivité en utilisant ces indicateurs, sur le territoire de leur choix.

La partie théorique du cours sera également évaluée à part du projet final.

The competitiveness of countries and territories is central in the public debate.

This course seeks to retrace the economic notions hidden behind this term, as well as the evolution of this conception, and its passage from an international level to a finer territorial level.

We will detail the different competitiveness indicators that exist, emphasizing their conceptual and implementation differences.

Finally, students will have to carry out a competitiveness diagnosis using these indicators, in the territory of their choice.

The theoretical part of the course will also be evaluated separately from the final project.
