PRESENTATION
This course provides an in-depth introduction to the fundamental principles of business management in an international context. Students will explore the core business functions such as marketing, operations, and organizational behavior, while developing decision-making and managerial problem-solving skills. The course also addresses contemporary issues and emerging trends in international business, focusing on the economic, political, and social environments at both global and European levels.
